PROCESSING TIMES

Our normal processing time prior to shipping is 1-2 business days for in stock items. As our yarns are often dyed to order, please allow 2-3 weeks to dye and deliver your order.

SHIPPING

Domestic Orders: all USA orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

International Orders: all International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and other international fees.

Vortexyarns cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages occurring during shipping.
